The personal data will be processed exclusively for purposes of research and selection of personnel in relation to open or future job positions at the Firm. The provision of personal data is optional. However, an incomplete or incorrect completion of the form may not allow the Firm to comprehensively evaluate your application.
The processing of personal data is based on one or more of the following legal bases: (i) the performance of pre-contractual measures upon your explicit request; (ii) the Firm’s legitimate interest to assess your suitability to collaborate with the Firm; (iii) compliance with legal obligations; (iv) the consent, which you can revoke at any time by contacting us at the addresses listed below.
Personal data will be retained in a database managed by an external entity from the Firm (Cloud Hire Me), acting in his capacity of data processor, and will be retained (i) for a maximum of 12 months from the conclusion of the relevant selection procedure, or (ii) for 2 years following the completion and/or updating of the form, in the event that the application does not refer to an open job position, or in case consent has been expressly given for the retention of personal data for such longer period of time. In any case, from the date of the last interview, the Firm will retain, for a period of 3 years, only the name, surname, date and outcome of the candidate’s evaluation.

Furthermore, at any given time, you can exercise the right to obtain the deletion of personal data, the limitation of the processing, providing the reasons that justify said measure, oppose to the processing or export the data provided.
